Job summary

Chick-fil-A is seeking a Team Leader to support senior leadership in executing daily operations and coaching team members. This role focuses on completing tasks to keep the restaurant running smoothly and on developing staff, leading by example in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment.

Strong communication and a servant-hearted approach are essential to succeed. Team Leaders will open/close shifts, lead teams, ensure food safety, and foster a positive workplace culture while upholding

Our Team Leaders are responsible for supporting senior leadership in executing daily operations and keeping team members accountable for each component of Operational Excellence and our Recipe for Service. A Team Leader’s two main areas of focus are completing tasks so that the restaurant runs effectively, and coaching/developing team members. Team Leaders lead by example and set the tone that others will follow.

Team Leader Responsibilities:

• Participating operationally in day-to-day activities in high-volume, fast-paced Restaurant
• Offer immediate and respectful response to Guest's needs
• Assist in training of new hires, set the tone for a shift, and act as a role model for our team
