Job summary

Chick-fil-A is seeking a Team Leader to support senior leadership in daily restaurant operations, ensuring efficient shifts and outstanding customer service. You will set the tone for the team, train new hires, and model exceptional teamwork in a fast-paced environment.

As a Team Leader, you’ll open/close, manage key holder duties, and continuously promote Chick-fil-A’s culture of service and urgency. We value humility, initiative, and strong people skills in our leaders.

Team Leader Responsibilities:

• Participating operationally in day-to-day activities in high-volume, fast-paced Restaurant
• Lead efficient and effective shifts.
• Offer immediate and respectful response to Guest's needs
• Assist in training of new hires, set the tone for a shift, and act as a role model for our team
• Be a friendly, encouraging team player
• Open and/or close, lead shifts, key holder
• Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken

Qualifications and Requirements:
