The WALT Back Staff position is responsible for tour set up, break down, and assistance during experiences. Tasks include setting tasting room, preparing food accompaniment, washing and polishing glassware, stocking wines, retrieving wine for pick-ups, and assisting as needed in the tasting room. Lifting is required for equipment and boxes of wines. This person must be a friendly team player, attentive to details and responsible. We are looking for someone willing to work in our Sonoma location with possible flexibility to also work in Napa.
Requires continuous standing and carrying 50 lbs.; occasional climbing, stooping, twisting and fine manipulation; intermittent bending.
Excellent attendance is required with flexibility to work the hours as determined by business needs, including nights and weekends.
