Qualifications

• 1+ year of supervisory experience in off-price/big box or specialty retail (e.g., apparel, home, or grocery).
• Strong interpersonal skills with a positive, engaging attitude.
• Ability to work a full-time schedule including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Ability to move/lift up to 40 lbs and stand for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Lead merchandise progression from receiving to floor-ready presentation.
• Ensure back-of-house cleanliness, setup, and organization meets standards.
• Reinforce asset protection strategies to minimize shortages.
• Promote safety for customers and associates by following guidelines.
• Direct associates and workload while maintaining productivity.
