Job summary

Burlington Stores is seeking a Full-Time Retail Stocking Team Supervisor to lead the Back of House in our California store. You will supervise receiving, unloading, sorting, and flow of goods to the sales floor, while maintaining organization and safety standards.

You’ll work with store leadership, recruit and coach associates, and help drive store results, all while embracing Burlington’s core values and culture of teamwork and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• 1+ year supervisory experience in off-price, big box, or specialty retail.
• Strong interpersonal skills with a positive, engaging attitude.
• Ability to work full-time including nights, weekends, holidays.
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and stand/walk for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Lead merchandise progression: receiving deliveries, unloading, sorting, and stocking to sales floor.
• Maintain back of house cleanliness, setup, and organization to standard.
• Reinforce Asset Protection policies to minimize shortages.
• Promote safety for customers and associates per guidelines.
• Direct workload and coach associates, providing recognition.
