Burlington Stores, Inc. in Visalia, CA is hiring a Full-Time Retail Stocking Team Supervisor to lead the back-of-house team, oversee receiving, unloads, and merchandise flow to the sales floor.

As a key member of store leadership, you will coach associates, ensure cleanliness and safety, enforce policies, and drive productivity while building strong partnerships with management. This role offers growth, competitive pay, flexible hours, and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of supervisory experience in a retail environment.
• Strong interpersonal and leadership skills with a positive, engaging attitude.
• Ability to lift/move merchandise weighing 40 lbs+ and stand for extended periods.
• Willingness to work full-time, including nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsabilités

• Lead merchandise progression, receiving deliveries and organizing back-of-house areas.
• Ensure back-of-house cleanliness and organization to standard.
• Enforce asset protection and safety guidelines.
• Direct associates and workload; provide on-the-spot coaching.
• Participate in schedule planning and recruiting activities.
• Support community relations through company programs.
