Job summary

Burlington Stores, Inc. in Elk Grove, CA is seeking a Full-Time Retail Stocking Team Supervisor to lead the Back of House and work closely with Store Management. This leadership role directs the team, ensures efficient operations, and supports store goals.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of supervisory experience in a retail/off-price setting.
• Strong interpersonal skills with a positive attitude.
• Able to work full-time including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Must be able to move and lift merchandise weighing 40 lbs or more.

Responsibilities

• Lead merchandise progression: receiving, unloading, sorting, and moving goods to the floor.
• Maintain back-of-house cleanliness, setup, and organization.
• Reinforce Asset Protection to reduce shortages.
• Promote safety for customers and associates by following guidelines.
• Foster a diverse, team-oriented culture and drive policy compliance.
• Direct associates, workload, and productivity; coach and recognize performance.
• Assist with recruiting, interviewing, and onboarding new team members.
• Participate in weekly workload planning meetings.
• Engage in Community Relations programs and partnerships.
• Coordinate meal/break schedules and monitor adherence.
