Job summary

Burlington Stores, Inc. is hiring a Full-Time Retail Stocking Team Supervisor to lead the Back of House at our Washington store (ZIP 84780).

You will collaborate with Store Management as the main leader of Back of House, directing deliveries and workload to ensure smooth flow to the sales floor. Ideal candidates have 1+ year supervisory experience in off-price retailers, strong interpersonal skills, and availability for nights, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of supervisory experience in off-price, big box, or specialty environments.
• Strong interpersonal skills with a positive, engaging attitude.
• Ability to work a full-time schedule including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Ability to move, lift, and handle merchandise weighing 40 lbs or more.

Responsibilities

• Direct the Back of House team and workload.
• Lead merchandise progression from receiving to sales floor.
• Maintain back of house cleanliness and organization to standard.
• Reinforce Asset Protection and safety guidelines.
• Promote teamwork and collaboration across store teams.
• Coach associates and provide recognition in the moment.
• Assist in recruiting, interviewing, and onboarding new associates.
• Participate in weekly workload planning meetings.
• Support community relations and partnerships.
