Responsibilities

• Lead merchandise progression process (receiving deliveries, unloading and sorting cartons, processing merchandise, and flowing goods to the sales floor).
• Ensure back of house cleanliness, setup and organization are at standard.
• Reinforce asset protection strategies to reduce shrink and protect store assets.
• Promote safety for customers and associates by following company guidelines.
• Coordinate workload and direct associates to meet productivity targets.
