Job summary

Burlington is hiring a Full-Time Retail Stocking Team Supervisor in Virginia. You will lead the back of house operations, including receiving deliveries, unloading cartons, and moving goods to the sales floor. You’ll supervise the team, coordinate workload, and uphold safety and asset protection standards.

The role requires at least 1 year of supervisory retail experience, strong people skills, and the ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays. Lifting 40 lbs or more is expected.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of supervisory experience in retail or similar environment.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Able to work a full-time schedule including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Able to move, lift, and carry store merchandise weighing 40 lbs. or more.

Responsibilities

• Lead merchandise progression process including receiving deliveries and sorting cartons.
• Ensure back of house cleanliness, setup and organization to standard.
• Reinforce Asset Protection strategies to prevent shortages.
• Promote safety for customers and associates.
• Direct workload and schedule adherence for team members.
• Coach associates and provide recognition.
