Job summary

Burlington is seeking a Full-Time Retail Stocking Team Supervisor to lead the Back of House/Receiving team at our store. You will supervise receiving, unloading, sorting, and moving merchandise to the sales floor while upholding safety and cleanliness standards.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of supervisory experience in retail or a related setting.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a positive attitude.
• Ability to lead, coach, and develop a team to drive results.

Responsibilities

• Lead merchandise progression process: receiving deliveries, unloading and sorting cartons, processing merchandise, and flowing goods to the sales floor.
• Ensure back of house cleanliness, set-up and organization to standard.
• Enforce asset protection strategies and safety guidelines; manage workload and staff performance.
