Responsibilities

• Lead back of house operations: receiving deliveries, unloading cartons, sorting merchandise, and moving goods to the sales floor
• Maintain back of house cleanliness, setup, and organization
• Implement Asset Protection measures to minimize shortages
• Ensure safety guidelines are followed for customers and associates
• Direct workload and coach associates, recognizing performance
• Assist in recruiting, interviewing, and onboarding new associates
• Participate in weekly workload planning and drive community relations through company programs
