Job summary

Burlington Stores, Inc. is seeking a Full-Time Retail Stocking Team Supervisor in Laredo, TX. You will lead the back-of-house area, supervise the team, and partner with Store Management to drive efficient operations and store presence.

As a key member of the store leadership team, you will coach associates, manage workload, and support recruiting and onboarding. The role offers growth opportunities and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of supervisory experience in retail or big-box environments.
• Ability to work a full-time schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a positive, engaging attitude.

Responsibilities

• Lead merchandise progression and back-of-house flow (receiving, unloading, sorting, and stocking).
• Maintain back-of-house cleanliness, setup, and organization to standard.
• Enforce Asset Protection and safety guidelines while driving productivity and teamwork.
• Recruit, interview, and onboard new associates as needed.
• Coordinate workload planning and supervise associates' performance.
