Job summary

Burlington is seeking a Full-Time Retail Stocking Team Supervisor in Texas to lead the back-of-house receiving, unloading, sorting, and flow of merchandise to the sales floor.

As a member of the store leadership team, you will direct associates, uphold safety, asset protection, and scheduling while coaching growth. Competitive pay, flexible hours, and growth opportunities are offered.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of supervisory experience in off-price, big box, or specialty retail.
• Strong interpersonal skills with a positive and engaging attitude.
• Ability to work a full-time schedule including nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Lead merchandise progression from receiving deliveries to the sales floor.
• Maintain back of house cleanliness, setup and organization.
• Enforce asset protection strategies and safety guidelines.
• Direct associates, monitor workload and provide coaching and recognition.
• Assist in recruiting, interviewing, and onboarding new associates.
• Participate in weekly workload planning meetings.
