Job summary

Burlington Stores is seeking a Retail Stocking Team Supervisor to lead the Back of House/Receiving team at our Burlington location. This full-time role reports to store management and drives merchandise flow, process improvements, and safety standards.

You will coach associates, support recruiting and onboarding, and participate in weekly workload planning. The position offers growth opportunities within a caring, inclusive organization.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of supervisory experience in retail or related environment.
• Strong interpersonal skills with a positive and engaging attitude.
• Ability to work a full-time schedule including nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Lead merchandise progression: receiving deliveries, unloading, sorting, and flowing goods to sales floor.
• Maintain back of house cleanliness, setup, and organization to standard.
• Enforce asset protection to minimize shortages and promote safety.
• Direct workload and coach associates; participate in weekly planning.
• Assist in recruiting, interviewing, and onboarding new associates.
