Job summary

Chick-fil-A is seeking a Team Leader who embodies our core values, serves guests with a servant’s heart, and helps run daily operations in a high-volume restaurant in Florida.

You will coach team members, open/close, lead shifts, count drawers, and model excellent communication in a positive, teamwork-focused culture.

Qualifications

• Must have a positive, service-oriented mindset.
• Ability to communicate clearly with guests and team members.
• Reliable transportation and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Prior supervisory or lead experience is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Participate in day-to-day operations in a high-volume, fast-paced restaurant.
• Provide immediate, respectful responses to guests' needs.
• Assist in training new hires and set the tone for a shift as a role model.
• Be a friendly, encouraging team player.
• Open and/or close, lead shifts, and act as a key holder.
• Count drawers and finalize day.

They have a passion for people and serving others, have strong character, take initiative and work with a sense of urgency at all times. Our Team Leaders are responsible for supporting senior leadership in executing daily operations and keeping team members accountable for each component of Operational Excellence and our Recipe for Service. A Team Leader’s two main areas of focus are completing tasks so that the restaurant runs effectively, and coaching/developing team members. Team Leaders lead by example and set the tone that others will follow.

• Shifts Available 5:30-2 or 1:45-10:30

Team Leader Responsibilities:

• Participating operationally in day-to-day activities in high-volume, fast‑paced Restaurant
• Offer immediate and respectful response to Guest's needs
