Job summary

Chick-fil-A seeks a Team Leader to support senior leadership and drive daily operations in our Florida restaurant. You will coach team members, model service excellence, and ensure tasks are completed to keep the restaurant running smoothly.

The role emphasizes helping guests promptly, training new hires, and maintaining a positive, high-energy environment. Night shift availability is preferred for this leadership position.

Responsibilities

Our Team Leaders are responsible for supporting senior leadership in executing daily operations and keeping team members accountable for each component of Operational Excellence and our Recipe for Service. A Team Leader’s two main areas of focus are completing tasks so that the restaurant runs effectively, and coaching/developing team members. Team Leaders lead by example and set the tone that others will follow.

Team Leader Responsibilities:

• Participating operationally in day‑to‑day activities in high-volume, fast-paced Restaurant
• Offer immediate and respectful response to Guest's needs
• Assist in training of new hires, set the tone for a shift, and act as a role model for our team
