Burlington Stores, Inc. is hiring a Full-Time Retail Stocking Team Supervisor in the Back of House/Receiving area. You will lead merchandise progression, supervise associates, and ensure back-of-house operations run smoothly while upholding safety and company policies.

This role requires 1+ year supervisory experience, the ability to work nights/weekends/holidays, and strong teamwork. Competitive pay with benefits and growth opportunities across stores nationwide.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of supervisory experience in an off-price, big box, or specialty environment.
• Strong interpersonal skills with a positive attitude.
• Ability to work a full-time schedule including nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsabilités

• Lead merchandise progression process (receiving deliveries, unloading and sorting cartons, processing merchandise, and flowing goods to the sales floor).
• Ensure back of house cleanliness, setup and organization meet standards.
• Reinforce Asset Protection strategies to reduce shortages and promote safety.
• Cultivate a diverse culture based on teamwork and collaboration.
• Direct associates and workload, coaching in the moment and recognizing performance.
• Assist in recruiting, interviewing, and onboarding new associates.
• Participate in weekly workload planning meetings.
• Engage in community relations programs and partnerships.
