Chick-fil-A Draper and South Towne Marketplace is seeking a Back of House Leader to help coach the kitchen team and ensure Chick-fil-A standards of safety and quality.

This full-time role requires 6am-5pm availability, weekend work, and a ServeSafe certificate with prior kitchen leadership experience. Compensation starts at $23+ per hour and offers full benefits after probation.

Qualifications

• Commitment to 2+ years at this location.
• ServeSafe Certificate required.
• Previous kitchen leadership experience required.
• English speaking/reading ability required.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and stand long periods.

Responsibilities

• Coach kitchen team and lead in meeting food safety and quality goals.
• Prepare, cook, assemble and present food safely and quickly.
• Know assignments for all kitchen stations (fries, breading, assembling, boards, prep).
• Stock kitchen inventory as needed.
• Keep kitchen neat, clean and orderly.
• Stay up-to-date with new Chick-fil-A products.
• Report maintenance issues to Senior Leadership.
• Complete in-house training and stay updated on changes.
• Open or close tasks as assigned.
• Adhere to Chick-fil-A rules and dress code.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Back of House Team Member Responsibilities:

• Help coach the kitchen team and lead in meeting goals and exceeding food safety and quality expectations
• Prepare, cook, assemble, and present food safely, quickly and efficiently, meeting Chick-fil-A standards
• Be knowledgeable of the assignments for all kitchen stations, including fries, breading, assembling, boards, and food prep
• Stock kitchen inventory as needed
• Keep the kitchen neat, clean and orderly at all times
• Keep up‑to‑date with new products rolled out by Chick-fil-A
• Work safely around kitchen equipment and report any maintenance issues to Senior Leadership
• Maintain personal knowledge by completing in‑house training and stay up‑to‑date on any changes
• Complete all opening or closing tasks as assigned
• Adhere to Chick-fil-A rules and dress code at all times
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Must commit to working 2+ years at this location
• Must have ServeSafe Certificate
• Must have previous kitchen leadership experience
• Able to speak/read English
• Must have reliable transportation
• Able to work multi‑task in a fast‑paced environment
• Available to work at Sandy and Draper locations as needed
