Job summary

Chick-fil-A Draper (South Towne Marketplace) is hiring for a Back of House Leader. This full-time role starts at $23+ per hour, based on experience, with 6am–5pm shifts and weekend availability. Must hold a ServeSafe Certificate and have prior kitchen leadership experience.

You will coach the kitchen team, ensure food safety and quality, and helps maintain a fast-paced, guest-focused operation. Join a team that emphasizes growth, teamwork, and delivering signature Chick-fil-A service.

Responsibilities

• Coach kitchen team and lead toward food safety and quality goals.

• Stock kitchen inventory and maintain a clean, orderly space.
• Stay updated with new Chick-fil-A products and policies.
• Follow safety guidelines and report maintenance issues.

At Chick-fil-A Draper and South Towne Marketplace, the Back of House Leader role is more than just a job; it's an opportunity. Position Type:

• Full-time (6am-5pm availability, weekends required)
• $23+ based on experience

Back of House Team Member Responsibilities:

• Help coach the kitchen team and lead in meeting goals and exceeding food safety and quality expectations
• Prepare, cook, assemble, and present food safely, quickly and efficiently, meeting Chick-fil-A standards
• Be knowledgeable of the assignments for all kitchen stations, including fries, breading, assembling, boards, and food prep
• Stock kitchen inventory as needed
• Keep the kitchen neat, clean and orderly at all times
• Keep up-to-date with new products rolled out by Chick-fil-A
• Work safely around kitchen equipment and report any maintenance issues to Senior Leadership
• Maintain personal knowledge by completing in-house training and stay up-to-date on any changes
• Complete all opening or closing tasks as assignedAdhere to Chick-fil-A rules and dress code at all times
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Must commit to working 2+ years at this location
• Must have ServeSafe Certificate
• Must have previous kitchen leadership experience
• Able to speak/read English
• Must have reliable transportation
• Able to work multi-task in a fast-paced environment
• Available to work at Sandy and Draper locations as needed
• Consistent and reliable
