Job summary

Cranial Technologies is seeking a Baby Imaging Specialist to join our Dearborn, MI team. The role focuses on delivering exceptional patient care, conducting 3D imaging with DSi and maintaining accurate patient records in Intergy.

Training is provided; prior infant care or childcare experience is a plus. We offer a comprehensive benefits package and starting pay between $18.50 and $19.00 per hour, with potential increases after 3–6 months based on performance and tenure.

Qualifications

• Energetic and enthusiastic personality is a MUST.
• Ability to learn new things quickly in a fast paced environment.
• Experience caring for or working with infants/children is helpful.
• Must be able to lift at least 30 lbs and position patients for imaging.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service to all patients.
• Capture 3D images for each baby using Digital Surface Imaging (DSi®).
• Calibrate, operate and monitor imaging equipment (DSi® system).
• Schedule new patients and follow-up appointments in Intergy.
