Job summary

Bangor Savings Bank is seeking a Banking as a Service (BaaS) Relationship Manager in Bangor, ME. This role focuses on managing Fintech partnerships, onboarding new clients, and delivering a high-quality service experience that drives satisfaction and long-term program success.

You will work with cross-functional teams, monitor client activity, ensure AML/KYC compliance, and identify opportunities to grow platform adoption while maintaining strong client relationships.

Qualifications

• Experience in client-facing roles managing Fintech or banking partnerships.
• Understanding of BaaS, FBO accounts, ACH/Wire origination.
• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to analyze client activity and identify improvements.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for assigned Fintech clients on the BaaS platform.
• Support onboarding and guide clients toward live status.
• Maintain strong relationships to support retention and renewals.
• Monitor activity and identify opportunities for platform improvements.
• Ensure compliance with KYC, AML, and regulatory requirements.
