Qualifications

• Experience as a Relationship Manager or in a client-facing role.
• Understanding of BaaS, FBO account structures, and card issuing platforms.
• Ability to build and maintain client relationships.

• Manage and retain Fintech programs as primary contact.
• Support onboarding of new Fintech clients.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.
• Track performance metrics and identify process improvements.
