Qualifikationen

• At least one year of work experience in a distribution/warehouse environment.
• At least one year of work experience in a customer service role.
• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• ERP experience preferred.
• Logistics or 3PL experience preferred.

Aufgaben

• Oversee B2C orders interfacing to DCL, releasing to distribution floor and meeting customer cutoffs.
• Understand B2C order types and routing to optimize release strategies.
• Communicate promotional programs to internal management and account management.
• Act as liaison between customers and the facility to promote relationships.
• Investigate customer issues and implement corrective actions.
• Ensure compliance with ISO 9001 and 14001 standards.
• Adhere to the DCL Code of Conduct.
• Sort and file as required.
• Fulfill other duties as assigned.
