Job summary

DCL Logistics is seeking a Distribution Supervisor to oversee daily order processing and drive productive operations in our Perris, CA facility. You will guide a team of 15–20 associates, coach performance, and ensure on-time fulfillment in a fast-paced environment.

Key responsibilities include developing daily plans, leading meetings, and maintaining safety and quality standards in line with ISO 9001/14001. A strong background in e-commerce distribution and B2B ops is preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum of three (3) years of experience in an e-commerce distribution center.
• Experience with B2B operations is a plus.
• Minimum of three (3) years of supervisory experience in a fast-paced distribution or logistics environment.
• Degree in Business Administration/Management or related field is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily order processing operations to ensure accuracy and on-time fulfillment.
• Develop and execute daily operational plans to meet productivity and service level goals.
• Provide effective leadership, guidance, and coaching to a team of 15-20 distribution associates.
• Conduct daily team meetings and performance check-ins to foster a positive, communicative work environment.
• Monitor and maintain operational reports and metrics to identify improvement opportunities.
• Promote and enforce health and safety protocols, reinforcing a culture of safety.
• Adheres to 5S standards and ISO 9001/14001 compliance.
