Job summary

Stord Fulfillment, LLC is seeking a highly organized B2B Administrator for our fulfillment center. You will manage end-to-end B2B routing, scheduling, and order closings, ensuring timely fulfillment in the WMS and smooth data exchanges with partners.

You will print order documentation, create BOLs, maintain platform integrations, and serve as the main contact for B2B inquiries. Strong communication and coordination with warehouse and logistics teams are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in B2B administration or logistics preferred.
• Familiar with routing systems (Logicbroker, Bluejay, TMS).
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end B2B routing and scheduling.
• Coordinate order closing in the WMS with partners.
• Print orders and documentation (labels, pick sheets).
• Create BOLs for outbound freight.
• Maintain integration platform connections with partners.
• Serve as primary contact for B2B inquiries.
• Perform regular quality checks on orders.
• Identify and implement B2B workflow improvements.
• Record B2B data and generate performance reports.
• Collaborate with warehouse and logistics teams.
