Job summary
American Photonics is seeking an E-Commerce Sales Specialist to own the B2C/e-commerce sales execution across approved online channels from Sarasota, FL. You will manage listings, pricing, and content while tracking revenue, performance, and customer issues.
You’ll coordinate with IT, Shipping, Quality, and Sales to ensure smooth online operations. You will respond to online inquiries, manage the B2C order workflow, and drive improvements in marketplace performance while ensuring proper handoffs
Qualifications
- Experience managing B2C ecommerce channels.
- Proven ability to optimize product listings and pricing.
- Strong communication with cross-functional teams.
Responsibilities
- Own B2C/e-commerce execution across approved online channels.
- Maintain accurate online listings, pricing, images, and descriptions.
- Track online revenue, channel performance, and marketplace issues.
- Coordinate lead routing to CRM for B2B opportunities.
- Respond to online customer messages and order issues in a timely manner.
- Oversee B2C order workflow and coordinate shipping with Shipping/Receiving.
- Track B2C RMA intake and coordinate with Quality for conformance.
- Escalate issues to proper owners and ensure proper handoffs.
