Job summary

SprintRay is seeking a Specialist, B2B eCommerce Marketing to oversee the day‑to‑day Shopify B2B storefront, optimize merchandising, and enhance the dental practitioner customer journey for private practices, DSOs, and clinics.

You will collaborate with Global Digital Marketing, Sales, IT, Operations, and other teams to drive digital adoption, improve conversion, and grow recurring online revenue.

Qualifications

• 4+ years managing B2B ecommerce storefronts, online customer portals, or digital commerce.
• Minimum of 2 years hands-on Shopify/Shopify Plus experience.
• Proven success optimizing ecommerce storefronts, digital customer journeys, or self-service purchasing.
• Advanced web analytics and CRO experience.
• Strong email marketing, CRM and marketing automation experience.

Responsibilities

• Own Shopify B2B storefront operations, merchandising, and end-to-end customer journey.
• Develop campaigns and lifecycle emails to drive recurring revenue.
• Collaborate with Global Digital Marketing, Sales, IT, Operations and other stakeholders.
• Coordinate catalog updates, pricing lists, and product launches on Shopify.
• Analyze funnel data to improve conversion and adoption.
