As a player-coach, you will coach Sales Representatives, manage CRM discipline, and coordinate with Operations, Finance, and Showroom teams to ensure a smooth sales process across Cash and Financing paths.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of sales experience.
• 1–2+ years leading a sales team.
• Proven track record of achieving acquisition, conversion and closing targets in B2C sales.

Responsibilities

• Lead a B2C sales team to acquire new car buyers and close deals.
• Manage both Cash and Financing sales journeys and guide opportunities to closing.
• Own the customer journey from lead generation to completed sale, including high-value deals.
