Culligan is seeking a motivated B2B Sales Representative to grow the commercial bottleless cooler and Ice making business. You will canvass, cold-call, and engage decision-makers at offices and facilities, driving trial programs and revenue in a dynamic field role.

Qualifications

• Proven B2B or outside sales experience required.
• Comfortable knocking on 30-50 commercial doors a day; resilient in a fast-paced field role.
• Skilled at identifying key decision-makers and building trust with business owners, office managers, and facility teams.
• Valid driver’s license and daily travel to territories.

Responsibilities

• Canvass 30-50 businesses per day within the assigned territory.
• Meet minimum production targets (e.g., $30,000 monthly) and close deals.
• Conduct on-site demos and water quality discussions to drive trial commitments.
• Coordinate with Service, Installation, and Scheduling teams to ensure a smooth customer experience.
• Attend ongoing training and use CRM to track activity and results.
