Job summary

Mend.io is seeking a Digital Social Media Manager to own the end-to-end social media lifecycle for LinkedIn, YouTube and additional channels. You will develop and execute a comprehensive content calendar, post, monitor, respond, and coordinate with Design, Content, Event and Product Marketing teams to source and adapt compelling B2B content.

Responsibilities

• Posting, monitoring, and responding across designated social channels.
• Developing, managing, and executing a comprehensive content calendar.
• Using tools like Sprout Social and Canva for scheduling, monitoring, and reporting.
• Analyzing and reporting on social media analytics (KPIs, metrics) to measure performance and inform strategy.
• Partnering with Design, Content, Event, and Product Marketing teams to source, create, and adapt content.
• Managing employee advocacy program to boost engagement and reach on social media.
