IGNI Investments LLC is seeking a Social Media Marketer to own and elevate our organic social presence. Translate complex B2B products into compelling content, build trust with a highly professional audience, and drive high-quality leads across LinkedIn, YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, Reddit, and X.

You will collaborate with executives and SMEs to ghostwrite profiles, manage communities, and track ROI to shift focus from likes to pipeline impact.

Qualifications

2+ years of dedicated social media marketing experience.
Advanced knowledge of social platforms such as YouTube and LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and specialized professional forum dynamics.
Ability to quickly understand and clearly explain complex, technical, or specialized product suites to a corporate buyer persona.
Experience using modern social media management tools and creative suites.

Responsabilités

Social Media Execution: implement a comprehensive social media calendar aligned with ABM and demand gen goals.
Content Creation & Copywriting: write thought-leadership articles, distill complex features, and design high-converting visual assets.
Executive Thought Leadership: ghostwrite and optimize personal executive profiles.
Community Management & Social Selling: engage with industry conversations and key accounts to foster a professional community.
Analytics & ROI Tracking: monitor performance metrics and drive pipeline attribution beyond vanity metrics.
