Job summary

Muck Rack is seeking a creative, organized and metrics-driven Social Media Manager to guide our social media strategy and content across LinkedIn, X, Instagram and TikTok. You’ll protect our brand reputation and drive engagement for a B2B SaaS audience.

You’ll develop and execute strategies aligned with business goals, monitor conversations, collaborate with design and marketing, report on results, and manage a social calendar in a fast-paced, fully distributed team.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional experience in social media management.
• Proficiency with Sprout Social or similar platform.
• Experience developing social strategies for B2B SaaS brands and executives.
• Data-driven mindset focused on performance metrics.
• Experience with social listening and competitive tracking.
• Content creation and copywriting skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
• Ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute social media strategy aligned with company goals and campaigns
• Develop creative and engaging copy for campaigns
• Collaborate with design, communications and marketing on strategy, measurement and execution
• Engage with our community of PR and media professionals on social platforms
• Monitor social media mentions, elevate issues and respond promptly
• Analyze and report on results
• Manage social media calendar, publish and schedule posts
