Muck Rack is seeking a Creative, organized, and metrics-driven Social Media Manager to guide our social strategy, content, and brand reputation across platforms. You will report on performance, engage with PR and media audiences, and collaborate with design and marketing teams to execute impactful campaigns.

The role emphasizes experience with B2B SaaS, social listening, employee advocacy, and reputation management, with a focus on LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok and X.

Formación

• 5+ years of professional experience in social media management.
• Experience with social listening and competitive tracking.
• Experience with reputation management.
• Experience developing and executing social media strategies for B2B SaaS brands and executives.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and execute social media strategy aligned with company goals and campaigns.
• Develop creative and engaging copy for campaigns.
• Collaborate with design, communications and marketing on strategy, measurement and execution.
• Engage with our community of PR and communications professionals, journalists and media-adjacent audiences.
• Monitor social media mentions, elevate issues and respond promptly.
• Analyze and report on results.
• Manage social media calendar, publish and schedule posts.
