Job summary

Novoquad Inc. in Irvine, CA seeks a full-time Sales Assistant to support daily sales activities and early-stage communication with South American customers.

You will collaborate with the sales team to reach out to customers, nurture relationships with distributors, and ensure timely sending of materials and forms. Ideal candidates are fluent in English and Spanish, hold a diploma or higher, possess 0-2 years of sales assistant experience, and demonstrate strong interpersonal and customer service

Qualifications

• 0-2 years sales assistant experience.
• Diploma or higher degree required.
• Spanish language skill is a requirement.
• Fluent in English and Spanish; additional language a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist with sales daily work and other related tasks.
• Support sales team in contacting customers, including South America during early sales stages.
• Follow up with customers, distributors, and projects and build strong relationships.
• Send relevant materials and forms to customers.

• Assist sales/sales manager to contact customers.
• Follow up with customers, distributors, and projects, and build good relationships with customers and distributors.
• Responsible for sending relevant materials and forms to customers.
