• Strong writing and awareness of LinkedIn, YouTube and Reddit cultures.
• Hands-on YouTube channel management and analytics.
• Reddit fluency and credible brand presence without bans.
• Experience coaching founders and executives for social programs.
• Comfort with scheduling, listening tools and dashboards.

Responsibilities

• Own social strategy and calendar across LinkedIn, YouTube and Reddit.
• Program and publish daily content; manage YouTube channel operations.
• Develop Reddit approach with SEO & AEO team; engage communities.
• Run executive and employee social programs: ghostwriting and coaching.
• Own community management and social listening; route insights to teams.
• Partner with Influencer Marketing and Paid Media on handoffs.
• Report monthly on channel performance and test formats.
