Qualifications

• 3+ years of sales experience, preferably in signage, printing, construction, or advertising.
• Strong knowledge of B2B sales processes and CRM usage.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
• Proficient with CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Knowledge of signage materials, fabrication, and installation is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and generate new business (cold calls, referrals, networking).
• Respond to inbound leads and customer inquiries.
• Conduct client consultations to understand branding, signage needs, budgets, and timelines.
• Recommend appropriate sign solutions (materials, sizes, lighting, installation methods).
