Pella Windows & Doors by Gunton Corporation is seeking ambitious graduates to join a 6–12 month Business Development Program in the U.S. market. This B2B sales role centers on builders, contractors, remodelers, and replacement companies, with generous earning potential through uncapped commissions.

You will develop core sales skills, learn Gunton’s proven process, and advance toward outside sales leadership roles across a variety of territories including Akron area showrooms.

Competenze

• Recent bachelor's degree graduate or graduating by January 2027.
• Competitive, coachable, and goal-oriented.
• Excited about starting a career in professional sales.
• Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record.
• Ability to lift and carry sales tools up to 50 lbs.

Mansioni

• Make 80+ outbound calls per day to build your sales pipeline.
• Research and qualify accounts in your assigned territory.
• Master Pella products, construction industry, and Gunton’s sales process.
• Build and deliver compelling value propositions that show customers how we help them grow profits.
• Manage customer information using our CRM system.
• Ride along with experienced outside sales reps to learn field sales and relationship-building.
• Visit local permit offices monthly to identify new construction opportunities.
• Develop professional sales skills that will set you apart for the rest of your career.
