Pella Windows & Doors by Gunton Corporation is seeking motivated, recent college graduates for a 6–12 month Business Development Program. You will join a B2B sales team, targeting builders, contractors, remodelers, and replacement companies in local markets.

Expect base salary plus uncapped commissions, with first-year earnings typically ranging from $65,000 to $120,000 and potential over $200,000 for top performers.

Responsabilidades

• Make 80+ outbound calls/touchpoints per day to build the sales pipeline.
• Research and qualify accounts in the assigned territory.
• Learn Pella products, construction industry, and Gunton’s sales process.
• Build and deliver compelling value propositions to grow customer profits.
• Manage customer information in the CRM system.
• Ride along with experienced outside sales reps to learn field sales.

We’re growing fast and we’re looking for motivated, competitive, recent college graduates to join our Business Development Program, a 6–12 month launchpad designed to turn driven individuals into successful B2B Sales Professionals.

TERRITORY

We love when our Sales Reps live in the territory they sell. Each of our territories are centered around our showrooms which are located in the following areas:

• Erie, PA
• Morgantown, WV
• McMurray, PA
• State College, PA

RESPONSIBILITIES

As part of our Business-to-Business (B2B) Sales Team, you’ll work directly with builders, contractors, remodelers, and replacement companies in your local market.

You will:

• Make 80+ outbound calls/touchpoints per day to build your sales pipeline
• Learn how to research and qualify accounts in your assigned territory
• Master Pella products, the construction industry, and Gunton’s proven sales process
• Build and deliver compelling value propositions that show customers how we help them grow profits
• Manage customer information using our CRM system
• Ride along with experienced outside sales reps to learn field sales, relationship-building, and product installation
• Visit local permit offices monthly to identify new construction opportunities
• Develop professional sales skills that will set you apart for the rest of your career

REPORTING RELATIONSHIP

Reports to Area Sales Manager

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

• A recent bachelor's degree graduate or graduating by January 2027
• Competitive, coachable, and goal-oriented
• Excited about starting a career in professional sales
• Comfortable with a fast-paced, high-accountability environment
• Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record
• Ability to lift and carry sales tools up to 50 lbs

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Sales internship or leadership experience
• Interest in construction, real estate, or building products

COMPENSATION

• Base salary plus uncapped commission
• Average first-year earning potential: $65,000 - $120,000
• Top performers on our Outside Sales team may earn $200,000 or more annually
• Clear path to outside sales and leadership roles
