Job summary

Pella Windows & Doors by Gunton Corporation is seeking motivated, recent graduates to join the Business Development Program, a 6–12 month launchpad turning graduates into successful B2B sales professionals. You’ll build relationships with builders and contractors in local markets, with extensive outbound calling and on-the-ground learning.

Earn base salary plus uncapped commissions, with top performers earning well into six figures.

Qualifications

• Recent bachelor’s degree graduate or graduating by January 2027.
• Competitive, coachable, and goal-oriented.
• Excited about starting a career in professional sales.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, high-accountability environment.

Responsibilities

• Make 80+ outbound calls/touchpoints per day to build your sales pipeline.
• Research and qualify accounts in your territory.
• Master Pella products, construction industry, and Gunton’s sales process.
• Deliver compelling value propositions to help customers grow profits.
• Manage customer information using the CRM system.
