Qualifications

• 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience focused on B2B sales hiring.
• Ability to source and engage passive candidates beyond inbound applications.
• Strong understanding of quota-carrying sales roles and their performance metrics.
• Ability to assess candidates using metrics such as quota attainment and revenue impact.
• Experience managing multiple requisitions across U.S. markets.
• Excellent sourcing, interviewing, engagement, and closing skills.
• Proficient with ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter, and job boards.

Responsibilities

• Own full-cycle recruiting for Business Consultants and other B2B sales positions across multiple U.S. markets.
• Develop creative sourcing strategies to identify active and passive sales professionals.
• Build targeted talent pipelines by geography, industry, and sales specialization.
• Proactively engage candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, direct outreach, referrals, and ATS databases.
• Maintain pipelines for recurring and forecasted hiring needs.
• Conduct structured screens to evaluate sales experience and motivation.
• Track metrics such as quota attainment and pipeline generation to guide decisions.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to align priorities and move searches forward.
