Canyon Creek Financial is seeking a Sales Representative and Field Trainer in Utah to drive local B2B partnerships and mentor new teammates. This independent contractor role combines sales with leadership and offers uncapped earning potential with weekly base draws and commissions.

You will build trust with business owners, present supplemental benefit plans, and travel regionally to train others. A valid license, CRM familiarity, and a passion for helping others succeed are required.

Qualifications

• One or more years of B2B or consultative sales experience preferred.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Willingness to travel within your region (occasional overnight trips).
