Qualifications

• 1+ years of B2B or consultative sales experience preferred.
• Willingness to travel within your region (occasional overnight trips).
• Smartphone, iPad, and data plan for CRM and sales tools.
• Health Insurance license (or willingness to obtain—licensing assistance provided).

Responsibilities

• As a Sales Representative: connect with local business owners in a B2B sales environment and build trust-based relationships; present supplemental plans clearly to guide clients to solutions; set and exceed goals with support from leadership.
• As a Field Trainer: mentor and support new team members in the field; provide coaching to build skill and confidence; contribute to a culture of collaboration and continuous learning.
