This independent contractor role blends field coaching with hands-on selling, offering meaningful work, mentorship, and opportunities to grow your own team.

You'll build trust-based relationships, present clear benefit options, travel within your region, and work with supportive leadership to achieve early earnings and long-term leadership

Qualifications

• One or more years of B2B or consultative sales success preferred.
• Willingness to travel within the region (occasional overnight trips).
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for local in-person sales.
• Smartphone, iPad, and data plan for CRM and sales tools.
• Health Insurance license or willingness to obtain with state licensing assistance.

Responsibilities

• Connect with local business owners in a true B2B environment to understand their needs and build relationships.
• Present supplemental benefit plans in a clear, human-centered way to guide clients to solutions.
• Set and exceed goals with full support from leadership, training, and your team.
