Job summary

Rise Financial Group is seeking a motivated Sales Representative & Field Trainer to drive regional sales and mentor new hires. In this dual-role, you’ll engage clients in person, build lasting relationships, and deliver effective training to new teammates to accelerate growth.

You’ll travel within your designated area, leverage a fast sales cycle, and participate in performance-based bonuses and commissions. A competitive base draw is provided for the initial weeks while you ramp up.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of B2B sales experience with proven target attainment.
• Willingness to mentor and train others; coaching mindset preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; organized and proactive.

Responsibilities

• Identify and engage potential clients through in-person efforts and referrals.
• Build relationships to ensure retention and repeat business.
• Present products, negotiate contracts, and close sales.
• Deliver training to new hires and mentor team members.
