You will prospect, visit, and present our exterior cleaning services to decision-makers, building relationships with property managers and facility managers in the Greater Los Angeles area.

This is a commission-based role with uncapped earnings potential.

Responsibilities

• Prospect commercial properties in Greater Los Angeles.
• Visit properties and present Rolling Suds to decision-makers.
• Build relationships with property managers and facility managers.
• Follow up on prospects and dormant opportunities.
• Schedule walkthroughs and estimate appointments.
• Learn commercial estimating and proposal development.
• Grow existing client relationships into recurring maintenance contracts.
• Collaborate with ownership on larger commercial opportunities.
