Qualifications

• Proven experience in cold calling and business development.
• Valid driver’s license and an acceptable driving record.
• Ability to lift and carry sales materials and equipment (up to 50 pounds).

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a strategic business plan to target commercial and industrial clients.
• Focus on acquiring new business targeting property managers and contractors.
• Regularly visit local commercial properties to identify new projects.
• Attend industry events to build relationships and create opportunities.
• Stay updated on power washing services and competitors' offerings.
• Provide tailored cleaning solutions to meet client needs.
