What You’ll Do

As a B2B Sales Manager, you will play a crucial role in expanding ZAGG’s presence within the Enterprise VAR (Value-Added Reseller) channel, managing relationships with top-tier national and regional resellers. Your primary focus will be driving revenue growth, developing strategic partnerships, and ensuring best-in-class execution across reseller channels.

  1. Build and maintain strong relationships with key contacts at top national and regional VARs.
  2. Drive sales growth and exceed quarterly and annual revenue and gross profit targets.
  3. Develop and manage a robust sales pipeline within the VAR channel, utilizing CRM and other sales tools.
  4. Work with internal marketing teams and VAR partners to enhance online content, promotions, and campaigns for maximum impact.
  5. Lead product roadmap presentations both virtually and in person at field offices and reseller HQs.
  6. Collaborate with ZAGG’s distribution team to maintain optimal inventory levels and ensure consistent in-stock status.
  7. Manage MDF (Market Development Funds) budgets and sales forecasts, ensuring effective resource allocation.
  8. Partner with internal product teams to develop solutions tailored to customer opportunities.
  9. Represent ZAGG at trade shows, industry events, and reseller meetings to strengthen brand presence and drive engagement.
What You’ll Need To Be Successful
  1. Proven experience working with national and regional resellers in a B2B Enterprise channel. Experience working directly with resellers such as CDW, Insight, SHI, Stratix, TRG, Office Depot, and others a plus.
  2. Minimum 3 years of experience in B2B sales, channel management, or VAR partnerships, ideally within consumer electronics or mobile solutions.
  3. Expertise in productivity and mobility solutions, with the ability to engage procurement teams and reseller sales leaders.
  4. Strong business acumen, including financial analysis, forecasting, and business case development.
  5. A hunter mentality—proactively driving demand creation through both push and pull strategies.
  6. Proficiency in Microsoft sales tools (e.g., CRM, Power BI, Excel).
  7. Exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities.
  8. Strong negotiation, contract management, and presentation skills.
  9. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence key decision-makers.
  10. Ability to travel 25%–50% as needed.
