Job Title: Sales Manager – Silane Products (Remote)

About The Company

We are a global leader in the specialty chemicals industry, expanding into new markets in the Americas and Europe. We're looking for an experienced Sales Manager to help grow our silane product business across these regions.

Role Overview

As a Sales Manager, you will focus on building relationships and driving sales of our silane products in industries like rubber manufacturing, adhesives, coatings, and composites. You’ll work remotely and have the flexibility to manage your own schedule and sales activities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and approach potential customers in target industries
  • Manage the sales process from start to finish (prospecting to closing deals)
  • Build and maintain long-term customer relationships
  • Work with the product team to ensure the best solutions for customers
  • Monitor market trends and competitors
  • Represent the company at industry events and trade shows

Qualifications

Required:

  • 10+ years of B2B sales experience (preferably in chemicals or industrial products)
  • Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry or a related field
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Fluency in English
  • Ability to work independently in a remote setting

Preferred

  • Experience with silanes or similar specialty chemicals
  • Additional language skills (Spanish, Portuguese, or French)

Compensation & Benefits
