We’re searching for a B2B Sales Managerto develop and execute a strategic sales plan to attract new businessclients, foster long-term relationships, and optimize our B2B offerings.Your contributions will be central to identifying and securinghigh-value partnerships, negotiating deals, and collaborating withinternal teams to tailor solutions that meet the needs of our clients.

Tasks

What you’ll do:

  • Identifyand attract high-potential web3, blockchain, and crypto companies thatcould benefit from advertising on the Company’s news media platform.
  • Generateleads for the Company, as requested by researching potential Web3clients, understanding their business needs and goals, and maintaining apipeline of high-quality prospects.
  • Develop and implement tailored sales strategies for the Web3 clients of the Company.
  • Provide regular reports on the lead status and sales progress, ensuring transparency and accountability.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities using the Company’s CRM system, HubSpot.
  • Conductregular research on market product offerings, industry trends,technologies, and best practices to effectively position the Company’sofferings in the market, and competitor activities in the web3,blockchain, and crypto spaces.
Requirements

You are the perfect match if you:

  • Proven track record of closing large paid media deals and generating recurring revenue in the crypto marketing space.
  • Minimum 3 to 5 years working in B2B Sales.
  • Strong network and relationships in the web3 space.
  • English as a native language.
  • Experienceworking with average deal sizes over $15,000 or more in B2B Sales inthe Marketing Space (preferred deal size of $30,000 or more).
  • An average SQL close rate is greater than 35%.
  • Experience in Marketing Agencies, particularly crypto marketing agencies, is a plus.
